It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Lovil of Carthage, Texas, born in Beckville, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Armstrong and Oree Higgenbotham Armstrong; her husband James W. Lovil (Jim); her siblings, Jerry Armstrong and Merle Armstrong Knight; and her daughter Donna Lovil Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Lovil (Debbie) of Carthage and Cindy Lovil of Carthage; her brother Keith Armstrong (Carolyn) of Grand Prairie; her son-in-law Ken Walker of Bangkok, Thailand; and her grandchildren, Colby Padgett of Tulsa, Sonya Walker Chehardy of Collierville, Shelly Walker Hay (Terry) of Houma, Erik Walker of Carthage, Jonathon Lovil (Elizabeth) of Carthage and Jamie Lovil Gary (Russell) of Carthage.
