She is survived by: her stepfather Jack James; her husband James Charles "Buddy" Gossett; her daughters, Dana Gossett and Jill Gossett; her sister Billie Mercer; her sister-in-law Shirley Arnold (Eddie); and her nieces and nephews, Shawn Crane, Tracy Chapman (Jeff), Devin Mercer and Tony Arnold. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
