It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Allums of Carthage, Texas, born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Preston and Hazel Louise Tompkins Allums; and his wife Mary Beth Malone. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Henderson (R. D.) of Kilgore and Christie Nichols of Carthage; his brother Wayne Allums of Carthage; his grandchildren, Ashley Hodge (Brandon), Cody Wilkerson (Kelli), Remington Henderson (Erin), T. J. Allums (Cassity), Mason Henderson and Rhayne Nichols; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Beth Allums, Brynslee Hodge, Brooklynn Henderson, Karter Henderson and Brantley Hulsey; and also Danny Shoemaker.
