It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Ulmer (Carthage, Texas), born in Panola, Texas, who passed away on October 26, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Frank Ulmer; and her sisters, Barbara Hardee and Beverly Romero. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Boone (Steve) of Carthage; her brother Douglas Alexander (Jeane) of Spring; her grandchildren, Bryce Alexander Boone (Lauren) of Hallsville and Olivia Leigh Boone of Houston; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Alexander and Blakely Rose. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
