He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Straznicky and Florence Caroline Cloudt Straznicky; and his sister Janice Halling. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Straznicky; his daughters, Lori Williams (Dustin) of Carthage and Kimberly Straznicky of Troup; his brother Jerry Straznicky (Beth) of Katy; and his grandchildren, Alexis Williams, Parker Williams and Jackson Norgan.
