She was predeceased by: her spouse Doris Ray Akin; and her brother Clifton Blythe. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Blassingame (J. D.) of Lufkin and Patti Wadsworth (Dale) of Springtown; her grandchildren, Courtney Blassingame Knapp of Henderson, Patrick Blassingame of Harlingen, Clint Wadsworth (Debra) of Conroe, Chad Wadsworth of Gunnison, CO and Shelby Morrison (Ryan) of Azle; her great grandchildren, Jackson Ross Knapp, Carol Wadsworth, Matthew Morrison and Casey Morrison; and her sister-in-law Mary Frances Osborne (Willis) of Tyler. She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
