She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Serepta "S. S." and Lela Verna Hughes Davis; her husband Tommy Dale Boothe; and her siblings, Robert, Ted, Larry, Randy Davis and Betty Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, David Bouchard, Katie Bouchard and Tod Boothe (Deanna); her sisters, Shirley Denman and Linda Hudson; and her siblings-in-law, Jerrie Davis, Pam Boothe and Riley Boothe (Linda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
