He was predeceased by: his grandson Martin Rafael Perez, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Louisa Ayala; his children, Rosalinda Rivera (Paul Jimenez), Sandra Lavender (David Sr.), Esther Ayala Hinson (Walter Willbanks), Isabell Gibbs (Isreal) and Daniel H. Ayala, Jr. (Kelly); his sisters, Mary Helen Gonzales (David), Bertha Leija and Sarah Barrintos; and his great great grandchild Alexander Atkiels. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
