He is survived by: his wife Martha Douglas Westmoreland; his children, Sophia McLemore, Erica Ballard (John) and Charles Westmoreland, Jr.; his grandchildren, Tonjerrika Harris (Devin), Ebony Ballard, Ja'Darrik McLemore, La'Rose Gossett (Justin), Ja'Dayshia McLemore, Charles Westmoreland III, Cree McLemore, Ray'Vonne Westmoreland and Meesha Westmoreland; his great grandchildren, Hayvyn Harris, Da'Myia McLemore and Jayce McLemore; his brothers, Ricky Westmoreland and John Boyd (Evelyn); and his close friend Antonia Robertson.
