With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Sanborn (Carthage, Texas), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Gladys Perkins Sanborn. He is survived by: his wife Marcille Sanborn of Centennial; his children, Bennie Bates (Patrice) of Orange and Genalyn Burris of Carthage; and his grandchildren, Corey Bragg (Sherry) of Huxley, Julianne Bates Aras (Ryan) of Bridge City, Gerrah Bates Brinkerhoff (Justin) of San Antonio and Michael Burris of Carthage. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
