She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Cilton Lachney; her husband Arnold Franks; her parents, Paul Moras, Sr. and Edna Vercher Moras; her daughter Janet Tyler; her siblings, Jimmy Moras, Juanita Dauzat, Betty St. Andry and Marie Dubroc; and her grandson Chance Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lachney of Echo, LA., Terry Lachney of Echo, LA. and Cindy Smith of Carthage, TX.; and her siblings, Paul Moras, Jr. of Hessmer, LA, Charles Moras of Echo, LA., Lester Moras of Mobil, AL., Rose Charrier of Hessmer, LA., Pauline Miller of Florida, Sue Franks of Pollock, LA., Martha Moore of Pineville, LA. and Lessie Inabinet of Florida. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (445 E Bontempt St, Marksville, LA 71351).
