It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Betts Anderson of Carthage, Texas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Marie Betts Pharis; and her daughter Sherry Lee Welch. She is survived by: her spouse Noble Anderson of Carthage; her siblings, Connie Guraedy (Phil) of Arkansas and Carl Betts of Conroe; her sons, Clyde Welch (MeloDee) of Dallas and Wayne Welch (Phyllis) of Garland; her grandchildren, Sean Johnson, Nicole Dickey of Quinlan, Tammy Clark (Carie) of Albany, Justin Welch of Richardson and Emily Purvis (Thomas) of Royse City; her great grandchildren, Dustin Dickey, Trista Ogan, Conner, Paisley, Cache Clark, Kamrey Doles, Alyson Purvis, Presley and Bryce Purvis; her nieces, Maudene Ward and Donna Kay Davis; her close friends, Thereasa and James Barton; and also Charley Olson (Nathaniel).
