Ann Rider Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 86, Ann Rider of Carthage, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ellis and Audie Ellis; her siblings, Sylvia Webber and Floyd Ellis; and her son Terry Rider.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Rider; her daughter Toni Layton (Charles Layton) of Nacogdoches; her daughter-in-law Shannon Rider Mason of Katy, TX.; and her grandchildren, Jake Rider, Colby Rider (Katie Rider), Taylor Layton, Hailey Layton, Zachary Rider and Paige Layton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Carthage (256 S Market St, Carthage, TX 75633). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Ann's memory may be honored by supporting the Alzheimer's Association.
