She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Brooke and Elizabeth Burton Armstrong; her son John Harris; her grandsons, Jeff and Rick Harris; and her siblings, Annie Lee Williams, Doris Langford, Larue Armstrong, James Roy, Burton and Ray Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Whiteside (Ed Smith) of Lake Murvaul and Rick Harris (Vicki) of Caddo Lake; and her sister Margaret King of Tenaha. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
