She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Zamazal; her grandchildren, Johnna Zamazal and Derek Zamazal; and her siblings, Joe Zalman Sr., Celestine Zalman, William Zalman, Ed Zalman, Jerome Zalman, Albert Zalman, Richard Zalman, Anthony Zalman and Mary Valchar.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Zamazal Sr. (Linda) of El Campo and John Zamazal (Pencie) of Carthage; and her grandchildren, Frank Zamazal Jr. (Denise) of Needville, Craig Zamazal (Lana) of Pflugerville, Honey Bumstead (Tommy) of Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and Chad Zamazal of Crystal Beach. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
