Ladd (Polly); his grandchildren, Alan Ladd (Natasha), Christopher Kuch, Crystal Ladd, Robert Mitchell, Tabatha Badillo (Matthew), Heather Pritchett and Kanon Kuch; and his siblings, John Ladd, Joanie Myers, Robert Ladd and Paula Nasci. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
