She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Perry and Kathleen Perry; her husband Joe McDonald; her siblings, Gene Bradley (Sandra) and Sally Hawk (Floyd); and her sister-in-law Teresa Perry.

She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Van Epps; her brothers, Fred Perry (Carolyn) and Joe Perry (Sondra); and her nieces and nephews, Renae Gaines, Pennie Hall (Chuck), Jeff Kennedy (Karen), Ryan Perry (Tiffany), Matt Perry (Tara) and Meredith Wiley (Casey).
