He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Hooper; his sons, Gary Douglas (Susan), Don Douglas (Candy) and Mark Douglas (Kay Lynn); his grandchildren, Kevin Douglas (Renee), Kelly Jones (Jeremy), Dusty Douglas (Missy), Blake Douglas (Susan), Colton Douglas (Brittany), Justin Douglas (Kristi) and Jennifer Adams (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Kailee, Kacie Murphy, Grant, Garrett Ticknor, Bryson, Will Douglas, Saylor Douglas, Hadley, Beck, Dilynn Douglas, Addison and Paxstyn Adams; and his friend Genora Boone.
