She is survived by: her former husband John Chase; her son Jay Chase (Valerie); her grandchildren, Christopher (Laura), Nicholas (Flo), Emily (Nathan Tong) and Katherine; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Michael, Madison and Josephine; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Ron Penaluna; her nieces and nephews, Tony, Casey and Christian; and her stepchildren, Joel, Steve, Jimmy and Janine Wells.
