He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Neal and Blanche Neal; his former wife Shirley; and his siblings, LaVere Neal, Lowell Neal and Marie Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Aggie; his daughters, Linda (Bill Goad), Beth Peck and Juli (Forrest Baldwin); his grandchildren, Billy, Bryan, Ashley, Ryan, Harrison and Connor; and his great grandchild Collier. He is also survived by wife and three daughters.
