It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Bruce Weaver (Carrollton, Texas), who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Doris Patterson; his son Bob (Cindy, Keith); and his grandchildren, Robin Adams (Ernest, Bobby) and Matt (Diane). He was also cherished by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reverend Bruce Weaver Fund at Perkins School of Theology at SMU or to the charity of your choice.
