He is survived by: his children, Venkata Lakshmi Vogirala and Srinivasa Rao Ayinaparthi; his children-in-law, Rekha Ayinaparthi and Ramakanth Vogirala; his grandchildren, Siddhartha S. Vogirala, Sai K. Vogirala, Saketh Ayinaparthi and Srikruthi Ayinaparthi; and his siblings, Hanumantha Rao Ayinaparthi, Chalapathi Rao Ayinaparthi, Vijaya Rama Rao Ayinaparthi and Surya Kumari Manuganti.
