She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Henderson and Allie Lee Henderson of Lost Prairie, Texas.; and her siblings, Kenneth Elby Henderson, Gerald Dean Henderson, Lester Ray Henderson and Delight Clary.
She is survived by: her son Joe David Chappell (Kay Chappell) of Carrollton, Texas; her grandson Addison Jared Chappell of Columbia, Maryland; her sister Dora Jo McCurrin of Waco, Texas; and her sister-in-law Marinel Henderson of Robinson, Texas. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
The family asks that donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans in honor of Pat's father, who proudly served the United States during World War II.
