He was predeceased by: his father Larry Billings. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Billings (Chew) of Allen, Texas; his siblings, Trey Billings (Thu Nguyen) of Frisco, Texas, Lauren Billings of Lewisville and Cheri Leong of Singapore; his aunt Jerry Cowan of Plano, Texas; his cousin Amy Taylor (Phil); his aunt Kathryn Swanner; his uncle Bryan of McKinney, Texas; and also, Brady and Brock of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
