He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Marie Theis and Nick Theis. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Linda Murray of Scottsdale; his wife Linda of Carrollton, TX; his children, Jennifer, Nicholas of Carrollton, TX and Kristina of Atlanta, GA.; and his siblings, Steven (Jane Theis) and Colleen (Don Melvin). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
