It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neill Seeber of Carrollton, Texas, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis L. Seeber and Alice Keyes Seeber. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Elaine Tullis; his daughters, Diane Sullivan of Plano and Debbie; his son-in-law Michael Rasa of Carrollton; his children, David Gibbons of Flower Mound and Dana; his son-in-law Scott Kelley of Frisco; his daughter Darlene Crawford; his son-in-law Floyd Guernsey; his sister Diane Shannon of Tomball; and his grandchildren, Patrick Sullivan, Kyle Crawford (Katie), Meghen Sullivan (Mike), Jessica Post (Kyle), Lindsey Wright (Travis), Jessica Young (Casey), Ryan Kelley and Catherine Ackerman (Austin). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
