She was predeceased by: her father James Art McCarley; and her former husband Tommy. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Maxwell; her brother Mark McCarley (Donna Marks); her stepsons, John Maxwell (Patty) and Matt Maxwell (Stephanie); and her stepgrandchildren, Hallie, Abby, Peyton and Chestin.
