She was predeceased by: her parents, George Young and Mabel Benner Young; her husband Howard Benjamin Blackmon, Sr.; her siblings, June Tucker of Lodi, George "Sonny" Young of Lynn, Mass., Betty Scaparro of Salem, Mass. and Nancy Minnucci of Marlboro, Mass.; and her grandchildren, Shane Simonsen, Nicole Blackmon and Melanie Blackmon.
She is survived by: her sister Marjorie Williams; and her son Howard. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
