She is survived by: her parents, Robbie McCullough and Julie McCullough; her daughters, Gracie and Annabelle David; her siblings, Shelley (Tyler Bunch) and Logan (Lindsay McCullough); her grandparents, Willie Nell Thompson and Robert McCullough; her uncle Joe; her aunt Julie Thompson; her cousins, Ben and Hunter; her uncle Brett; her aunt Amy; and also, Linden, Leslie McCullough, Madi, Lauren, Kyle, Beau, Fred Villa, Matthew (Caitlyn Villa) and Courtney Villa.
