With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julianne Welch of Carrollton, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Opal Welch. She is survived by: her brothers, Charles Welch (Glynda) of Plano and Rick Welch (Teala) of Spicewood; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Welch (Marsha), Joy Hunsinger (Tom), Dr. Jason Welch (Sixian) and Lindsey Cerkovnik (Jim).
