She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Patterson and Virtice Hackler Patterson; and her husband Burrell "B. J.". She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Porter (Marina) of Flower Mound, Texas and Linda Porter Smith (Todd) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Shannon Smith of Plano, Eric Porter of Austin and Meganne Porter of Irving; and her great grandchild Tatum Porter. She is also survived by the many friends and family.
