He is survived by: his wife Rita Deramee Weaver of Plano, Texas; his children, Steven Weaver (Caryn) of Sachse, Texas, Cynthia Weaver of Plano, Texas, Susan Williams (Frank) of Plano, Texas, Stacha Weaver Hicks (Keith) of Plano, Texas, Michael Deramee (Natasha) of Azle, Texas and Deborah Lindsey of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Lindsay, Lauren, Bryan, Christine, Nicki, Andrea, David, Rachel and Tyler. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
