John Monroe and Esther Watson Godley; his wife Nina Octavia Walker; his children, Linda Godley-Marroquin, Debbie Godley and John Truett Godley, Jr.; his grandson Zachary Alexander Godley Green; and his sisters-in-law, Gladys Godley and Mildred King. He was also cherished by extended family and many close family friends.
