He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Plumlee and Grace Plumlee; his parents-in-law, Robert and Ama Neal; his son Randy Plumlee; and his sister Pat Plumlee Tippit.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Neal Plumlee; his daughter Jonna Plumlee (Steve Erickson); and his sister Geneva Wilburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
