He was predeceased by: his son Shaun Copeland. He is survived by: his wife Kay Sparks Jones; his parents, Mike Lanier and Phyllis Lanier; and his children, James Jones, Cassie Jones and Abby Sparks. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, along with a hosts of friends an extended family.
