He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Foley Parker and William "Red" Davis Parker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Parker; his son Jon Parker; his daughter-in-law Karen; his grandchildren, Bennett, Wimberleigh, Hannah (Mark), Kaitlin and Bethany (James); his sister Delores; and his grandchildren, T. Martin, Ken, Fran Jurney, Kristi and Mark Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
