She was predeceased by: her brother Jason Hanzlicek; and her grandparents, Johnny, Pauline Hanzlicek, Andrew and Betsey Perra.
She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Hanzlicek and Debbie Hanzlicek (Perra) of Penelope; her brother Jeremy Hanzlicek of Carrollton; and her boyfriend John Wayne Straps. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
