It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ellen Helppie (Carrollton, Texas), born in Orange, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Colburn and Alma Colburn (Ruble); her siblings, Norman Jr., John and Mary; her husband Richard Dean; her daughters, Jane (Richard Enos) and Martha (Mark Mason); and her granddaughters, Laura and Alisa.
She is survived by: her grandchild Marin Rose; her children, Joanne, Susan (Gary Shackelford), Richard Jr. (Leslie), Sally (Michael Stokes) and Mary (Tom Horstman); and her sister Joan. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, a large extended family, and numerous friends.
