James Joseph Kolanczyk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Joseph Kolanczyk (Carrollton, Texas), who passed away on July 28, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kolanczyk and Frances Kolanczyk; his siblings, Charles Kolanczyk, Leona Marcuk and Kay Clark; his niece Franceskaye Graveling; and his nephew Bob Marcuk.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sisters-in-law, Gertrude Kolanczyk, Delores Larson, Pamela Lawrence (Don) and Paulette Bowersox (Bruce); his niece Susan Engelking; and his nephews, Mike Kolanczyk, Rick Kolanczyk, Gerald Kolanczyk, Randy Kolanczyk, Claude Clark, Tim Larson, Morris Duffy, John Duffy and Miles Duffy. He is also survived by 11 great nephews and nieces and two great great nieces.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 1200 East Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 7501 or Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust, PO Box 159, 1021 Holland Rd Ext, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
