It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Williams Starrett (Carrollton, Texas), who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his fathers, Roy Starrett and Cecil Starrett; and his siblings, Roy, James, Juble Starrett, Syble Summers, Francis Welborn and Bobbie McKissick.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Starrett (Sims); his daughters, Lisa Bowers (Ken), Lori Scroggins (Stan) and Lynn Frank (Ken); his grandchildren, Ryan, Allison, Delaney Scroggins, Nikolay and Derek Frank; and his brother Doyle Starrett (Helen). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Northside Baptist Pastoral Care Fund.
