He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Price and Virgie Price; and his wife Barbara Price. He is survived by: his sister Bernice (Bill Murphy) of Toomsuba, Mississippi.; his children, Eddie Price, Jr., Tracy Price and Ashley Gardner; his stepchildren, Vicki Anderson, Amber Miller, Craig Goeppinger and Eric Goeppinger; his grandchildren, Zachary, Caitlin, Cory, Blake, Annie and Grant; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Grace.
Memorial tributes may be given in his honor to the American Heart Association or to Prestonwood Baptist Church.
