He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Haas and Italia Haas; and his aunts and uncles, Roma, Joan, Freddy and Victor.

He is survived by: his sons, Peter and Edward; his daughters-in-law, Angie and Donna; his grandchildren, Neil, Kate, Hannah and Vanessa; and his cousins, Pepina and Michelle.
