She is survived by: her brother Larry West of Dubuque, IA; her daughter Dr. Ruth Schackmann of Carrollton, TX; and her grandchildren, Harrison of Killeen, TX, Hunter of Carrollton, TX, Alexa Danielle of Ft. Worth, TX, Evan and Hope of Arlington Tx. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
