We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022, at the age of 85, Charles Lofton Skinner of Carrollton, Texas, born in Hasse, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Skinner; his children, Steve Skinner (Kathy), Dan Skinner and Kristi Welshans (Joel); his sister Sandra Skinner Fish (Dale); his grandchildren, Jayson Townes (Melissa), Jonathan Skinner (Amanda), Michael Skinner, Jake Skinner, Josh Skinner and Rebekah Townes (Luis Sanchez); his great grandchildren, Kaylee Skinner, Madelynn Sanchez and Sofia Sanchez; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb Welshans, Shelby Seaton and Mackenzie Welshans; his nieces, Karen Nelson (John), Kaitlin Baumgardener (Shane) and Kori Nelson; and his nephew Josiah Nelson.
