With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles A. Scheid (Carrollton, Texas), who passed away on March 12, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Scheid and Elizabeth Scheid; his wife Grace Lazar Scheid; and his daughters, Cynthia Armentrout of Flower Mound and Karen Cockrell of Grapevine. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

“I just became aware of the passing of my Uncle Charles and offer my sincere belated condolences to Aunt Grace and the rest of his immediate family. While the only contact I had with "Uncle Charlie" over the many years since he and Aunt Grace moved to Texas from the east coast was an occasional exchange of emails, I have many fond memories of him from my childhood and pray that he is resting in peace.”
