She is survived by: her parents, Edward Morishige and Dora Morishige; her husband Ed Carter of Carrollton; her children, Andrea Boutelle (Chris) of Angel Fire and Brandon Carter (Laura) of Carrollton; her grandsons, Mark, Blake and Cole; and her siblings, Edward (Lupe) of San Jose, Betsy Kamehiro of Santa Cruz, Judy Wakumoto of Hanalei, Dwight Morishige (Susan) of Hanalei and Gary Morishige (Marney) of Hanalei. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
