She was predeceased by: her husband Charles D. Nichols; her siblings, Kenneth Clampitt, Nita DeBerry, Roger Clampitt and Martha Kay Clampitt; and her grandsons, Jacob and Christian Chance Green.
She is survived by: her children, Isaac (Shana Nichols), Robert (Vicki Nichols), Andrea Nichols and Charli (Jacob Scepurek); her grandchildren, Brook (Michael Christman), Jeremy (Taylor Nichols), Brandi Nichols, Dillon Nichols, Aubrey Nichols, Tiffani, Curtis Kendall, Abby Green and Jaxtyn Smith; her great grandchildren, Asher, Elijay Christian, Ezra Nichols and Astoria Kendall; and her siblings, Les (Laveta Clampitt) and Brenda Clampitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
