She was predeceased by: her parents, Adon Smith and Nancy L. Smith; and her spouse Thomas Maxwell. She is survived by: her daughter Angela M. Johnson; her children-in-law, Mark, Debbie (Betsy M. Flynn) and Sean; and her grandchildren, Caroline J. Lee, Patrick M. Johnson, Harrison L. Maxwell, Kyle M. Maxwell, Erica J. Frogue, Mackenzie A. Maxwell, Jacob C. Flynn and Mia E. Flynn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ann's honor to the March of Dimes or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
