It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Mogford of Carrizo Springs, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Mogford and Evelyn Mogford. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Jay (Rhonda) of Cypress and Jon (Tammy) of College Station; his grandsons, Taylor (Olivia) of San Antonio, Connor, Evan, Christian and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Christopher and Evelyn; and his sister Dottie Hershman of Gulfport.
