The passing of Alvis Mueller of Carmine, Texas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 88. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mueller and Ida Mueller (Stebner); his brother J. D. Mueller; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Fuchs Mueller and J. C. Pohl; and his great-niece Karlee Layne Peters.
He is survived by: his sister Avalda Pohl; his nieces, Debbie Eckert (Ronnie), Renee Mueller, Connie Peters (Michael) and Jill Finke (Rodney); his nephew Jody Pohl (Evelyn); and his great-nephews, Andrew Eckert, Joshua Eckert, Joey Pohl, Jared Pohl, Ryan Finke and Grant Finke.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Martin Luther Lutheran Church of Carmine (211 Luther Ln, Carmine, TX 78932). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Carmine Cemetery (220 Carmine Cemetery Rd, Carmine, TX 78932).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Martin Luther Lutheran Church Educational Fund; the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter serving Fayette County; the City of Brenham Animal Services or an organization that touches your heart.
